ARC Meeting and Submission Deadlines

ARC meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, but may be adjusted for holidays.

Applications must be received by 5:00 pm on the submission deadline in order to be reviewed at the meeting listed. If you have any questions, please call the ARC administrative office at (310) 206-6308.

Please note that, for many applications, a Pre-Committee Review must be completed and subsequent modifications made to your application prior to submission to the ARC. If the Pre-Review comments are not incorporated or addressed in your application, the protocol will not be reviewed by the Committee, and your application will be returned to you.
